THE THITSTY CROW


In a dense forest, there lived a clever crow. It was a hot summer day, and the sun was blazing fiercely. The crow felt extremely thirsty as it flew from tree to tree in search of water. Despite its efforts, the crow couldn’t find a single drop of water.
Its throat was dry, and it felt exhausted from the scorching heat.Determined to quench its thirst, the crow continued its search. Finally, it spotted a water jug near a house in a village at the edge of the forest. 


The crow's spirits lifted as it flew swiftly towards the jug. However, upon reaching it, the crow discovered that the jug was only half full. The water level was too low for its beak to reach.The crow was disheartened but refused to give up. It thought of various ways to get the water out of the jug. It tried tilting the jug, but it was too heavy for the crow to move. It tried to push the jug over with its beak, but the jug was sturdy and wouldn't budge. The crow then noticed some small pebbles scattered around the jug.


An idea struck the clever crow. It picked up a pebble in its beak and dropped it into the jug. It watched as the pebble sank to the bottom and the water level rose slightly. Excited, the crow picked up another pebble and dropped it into the jug. The water level rose a bit more. The crow continued picking up pebbles and dropping them into the jug one by one.


After several trips, the water level reached the brim of the jug. The crow eagerly dipped its beak into the jug and drank the refreshing water. It felt revitalized and relieved as the cool water soothed its parched throat.
The crow had successfully solved its problem through perseverance and intelligence. It flew back to its nest, feeling proud and satisfied. The story of the clever crow spread throughout the forest, and it became an inspiration for other animals who faced challenges.The tale of the thirsty crow teaches us an important lesson: with determination, creativity, and hard work, we can overcome obstacles and find solutions to our problems. No matter how difficult a situation may seem, there is always a way to achieve our goals if we are willing to think outside the box and put in the effort.From that day on, the crow was admired by all the animals in the forest for its resourcefulness. It often shared its story with young birds, teaching them the value of persistence and ingenuity. 


The crow's legacy lived on, reminding everyone that sometimes the smallest actions, like dropping pebbles into a jug, can make the biggest difference.And so, the clever crow continued to thrive in the forest, enjoying the fruits of its labor and the respect of its peers.
